MANDATORY SUPPLEMENTS TO BE SETTLE ON ARRIVAL:
- Deposit € 100.00 (refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused).
- Weekly Forfait Expenses per apartment: from 16/05 to 31/07 and from 05/09 to 26/09 € 45 for two-room apartment, € 60 three-room apartment 4, € 70 for three-room apartment 6, € 80 four-room apartment;
from 01/08 to 04/09 € 90 for two-room apartment, € 120 for three-room apartment 4, € 150 three-room apartment 6, € 180 four-room apartment.
The Expenses package includes: final cleaning (cleaning of the kitchenette by the guests or € 30 if not done), free Wi-Fi in the common areas, use of the swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, daytime use of the multipurpose tennis / soccer field, area games for children, washing machine for common use.
- City Tax: € 1.20 per person per day up to a maximum of 10 days (exempt minors within the 13th year of age).

 

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO BE SETTLE ON PROPERTY (TO BE REQUESTED ON RESERVATION):
- Extra bed (only in three-room apartment for 4 and four-room apartment for 6) on request: € 70.00.
- Sea View Supplement (where available): from 16/05 to 31/07 and from 05/09 to 26/09 € 10 per day per apartment; from 01/08 to 04/09 € 15 per day.
- Extra bed linen change: € 5 per person.
- Animal sanitation supplement: € 40 per stay (only small pets allowed, excluding presence in common places).

 

INFORMATION ON THE STAY:
Stays from Saturday to Saturday from 17.00 on the day of arrival to 10.00 on the day of departure. The stay will be considered confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit to be paid within 10 days of the booking date; after this deadline, this will be canceled. The balance will be paid 10 days from the arrival date. At check in, a security deposit of € 100.00 will be requested upon delivery of the apartment key, which will be returned upon departure if no damage has been caused.
 
TERMS OF CANCELLATION:
In case of cancellation within 30 days from the beginning of the stay, the deposit will be refunded. After this deadline, the structure will have the right to withhold the same. In the event of a reduction in the period of the stay, for delayed arrival or early departure, no refunds will be granted whatever the cause. Furthermore, in case of no-show by the client and without any notice from the latter, the property will be required to reserve the apartment until 10:00 on the day following the date of the presumed arrival, after which the apartment will be deemed free.
 
EXTRACT FROM THE INTERNAL REGULATION:
People exceeding the number of beds are not allowed.
Visits from friends and / or relatives are allowed only by notifying the Reception for an hour and filing the documents with it. After this deadline, the fee of € 10.00 for adults and € 5.00 for children 2/12 years must be paid.
The Management is not responsible for any shortages, thefts or damages of any kind. The services present in the structure may not be activated in low season, when atmospheric conditions or the number of presences do not justify its operation, or due to force majeure (e.g. sudden breakdowns).
The guest accepts in advance all that is contained in the Internal Regulations.
